Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Hospital obstetric delivery; ? Umbilical arterial blood was taken within 20 minutes after delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? gestational age less than 24 weeks or more than 42 weeks; ? Prenatal amniotic cavity injection requires termination of pregnancy; (3) Failure to collect umbilical cord blood samples during childbirth due to special reasons; ? The mother of birth has hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases, prenatal genetic chromosome examination abnormalities.
