Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients who were diagnosed as benign gynecological diseases before operation, excluded the surgical contraindications, and selected to undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy, or+single/bilateral salpingectomy or adnexectomy 2: Patients who received tracheal intubation under general anesthesia and were rated as Grade I or Grade II ASA before operation. 3: Female patients, older than 40 years, younger than or equal to 70 years old. 4: The patient himself is willing to be tested and has high compliance, and can sign the informed consent form. 5: The operation time was within 1.5-4.5h, and the anesthesia time was within 1.5-5h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: The patients who had rapid pathological recovery of malignant tumor during operation and who were definitely malignant tumor after operation. 2: People with heart, liver, kidney, brain, diabetes, hypertension and other combined diseases, and long-term gastrointestinal dysfunction such as constipation, diarrhea, which can not be controlled after treatment, have obvious symptoms. 3: Patients who have complications during the operation and need to be transferred to the open surgery, whose rapid pathology during the operation does not meet the preoperative diagnosis, and who need to be transferred to the ICU after the operation 4: Patients with coagulation dysfunction and local skin diseases at the massage site. 5: In patients with hypoalbuminemia, serum albumin<30g/L. 6: Severe inestinal adhesions. 7: The amount of bleeding during operation exceeds 400 ml. 8: Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before this study 9: People with mental illness. 10: Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators
