Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Histopathology showed pathological outcome of pTNM stage ?-III; ? Age 18-80 years? People who were able to take care of themselves, had no obstacles in communication and answered questions clearly; ?People who volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe complications during hospitalisation; ? Individuals who are participating in other intervention studies during the intervention period; ?Individuals with other previous gastrointestinal malignancies; ?Individuals with severe functional disease of vital organs such as the heart, liver, brain and kidneys; ? Individuals with distant metastases.
