Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who plan to undergo colonoscopy; (2) Age range from 18 to 65 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg /m2; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ? ~ ?; (5) Colonoscopy time within 30 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refuse to participate in the trial; (2) Patients with a history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, or kidney diseases. (LVEF40ml/min) (3) Preoperative systolic blood pressure of hypertensive patients > 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg, or low blood pressure 100 times/min; (5) anemia patients; (6) Patients are suspected who abuse narcotic analgesics or sedatives; (7) Those who predict that difficult airway may occur or have occurred before; (8) Those who are known to be allergic to the proposed drug; (9) Pregnant and lactating women; (10) Uncooperative, unable to communicate.
