Helicobacter pylori infection in children

Interventions

Experimental Group:Rabeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithromycin + colloidal bismuth citrate for 14 days

Control group:Rabeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithromycin for 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 6-18 years old who visited the hospital between March 2023 and March 2025; (2) all children who were diagnosed with current H. pylori infection and met the eradication treatment criteria; (3) Patients with first, second or multiple eradications were eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) less than 6 years old; (2) patients with serious heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases, and tumor patients; (3) insufficient food intake in the last week; (4) drug allergy (such as Nexium and bismuth).
