Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? On duty employees in the big data platform for railway professionals; ? The prognosis index of circadian rhythm syndrome exceeds the risk threshold; ? Normal cognition and coordination with behavioral intervention; ? Agree to participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have a previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Due to known malignant tumors or serious diseases, life expectancy may be less than 12 months; ? Pregnant or lactating women and any situations where they are unable to participate in intervention; ? Participate in other similar experiments.
