Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-50 years old; 2. Body mass index >= 25Kg/m^2; 3. Patients diagnosed with PCOS and accompanied by insulin resistance; 4. I have not used steroids, traditional Chinese medicine, or other medications for treatment in the past two months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has endocrine and metabolic related diseases related to PCOS symptoms or complications, such as severe thyroid dysfunction, adrenal diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, etc.; 2. The patient is currently or has previously used special drugs and treatment measures that affect PCOS characterization analysis, such as using special weight loss drugs or undergoing partial gastrectomy to achieve weight control; 3. Patients who are unable to follow the corresponding diagnosis and treatment plan for long-term management and follow-up observation; 4. Other conditions that may affect the patient's treatment or comprehensive evaluation, such as the use of special nutritional control or exercise control and physical exercise therapy; 5. History of excessive alcohol consumption (drinking>40 grams of ethanol per week); 6. History of drug abuse; 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Pregnant or lactating women.
