Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? patients admitted to PACU after laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; ? unconsciousness and language communication disorder; ? signed informed consent; ?steward score =5; ? regular use of insulation blanket; ? Operation time within 3 hours; (8) routine antiemetic; ? willingness to drink water; ? Fluid diet after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with previous history of gastroesophageal disease or surgery; ? patients with a history of throat disease or surgery; ? patients who used atropine during operation; (4) Patients whose mental state cannot cooperate, who suffer from mental disease, cannot control themselves, and cannot express themselves clearly.
