18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients, aged 18-40 years; 2. Permanent dentition, the first molar of the upper and lower and the anterior teeth are not missing; 3. The crowding of dentition= 5mm, orthodontic treatment requires the extraction of the maxillary first premolar or the maxillary second premolar; 4. Patients who are able to wear aligners as required time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to orthodontic thermoplastics; 2. Patients need to have orthognathic (jaw) surgery; 3. With symptoms or signs of temporomandibular joint disorders; 4. With systemic diseases.
