Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and be confirmed by head CT or magnetic resonance examination; (2) Age 18~59 years old; (3) Patients know and understand the study and participate voluntarily; (4) Have a smartphone with WeChat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of mental illness; (2) Accompanied by other major diseases or systemic infectious diseases; (3) Severe pain or spasm of the limb, or recent seizures that have not been effectively treated; (4) Those who have aphasia, deafness, impaired consciousness, etc., and are unable to cooperate; (5) Those with an estimated survival of less than 3 months.
