Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke as determined by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018), confirmed by head CT or MRI examination and the first onset of the disease (2) The vital signs were stable, aged 40-70 years; (3) The patient experienced unilateral stroke and left unilateral hemiplegia within 12 months before admission; (4) Holden rating of walking ability = 2; (5) Cognitive function requires that the score of the simple mental state examination scale = 24 points (6) meet the clinical conditions assessed by CPET.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Merge consciousness disorders, unable to cooperate with researchers normally; (2) Patients with traumatic brain injury and central nervous system involvement; (3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction (Weber cardiac function grade D); (4) Patients with circulatory diseases, such as heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, and other diseases that affect exercise; (5) Respiratory diseases, such as asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc; (6) Those with severe spasm or severe limitation of joint movement; (7) Poor compliance.
