19 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adults aged 18–80 years; (2) symptom cannot be relieved despite optimal medical therapy for at least 3 months; (3) life expectancy of at least 1 year; (4) meet with the indication of primary prevention for SCD according to 2020 Chinese Expert Consensus on Ventricular Arrhythmia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unable to cooperate with follow-up; (2) atrial fibrillation; (3) estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) less than 30 mL/min; (4) septic shock; (5) advanced malignant tumor; (6) pregnancy; (7) cardiac tamponade or major haemopericardium.
