Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient selection criteria: age 45-72 years old; Clinical multidisciplinary assessment of suspected Parkinson's disease patients; Follow up for 1 year after clinical treatment; The patient signed an informed consent form for sequential PET/CT and PET/MR imaging examinations and volunteered to participate in this study Selection criteria for healthy subjects: age 45-72 years old; No other history of mental illness, MMSE score: 26-30 points; MOCA score: = 25 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Minors (= 18 years old), pregnant women, lactating women, individuals with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase exceeding 8-10 times the upper limit of normal value, serum creatinine 186-442umol/L), and individuals with a history of allergy to contrast agents or other drugs. History of head injury and surgery. History of other nervous system disease.
