Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sporadic PD in the Parkinson's disease database of the Department of Neurology, Huai'an City Hospital affiliated with Nanjing Medical University. PD diagnosis is based on the 2015 MDS new version of PD diagnostic standards. 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than 80 years old, regardless of gender. 3. Chinese Han population. 4. H&Y 1- Primary PD patients. 5. The patient signs a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinsonism or Parkinsonism-plus; 2. Cognitive impairment(scored lower than 24) or unable to cooperate with scales; 3. Exclusion criteria: Other severe accompanied diseases; 4. Pregnant woman; 5. Non-Han nationality; 6. With a family history of Parkinson's disease; 7. Unwilling to participate in the study or unavailable for written informed consent.
