Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)At least 18 years of age (2)Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent (3)Patients with myocardial amyloidosis were preliminarily screened (4)General information, laboratory tests, imaging examinations and other data were available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with unclear diagnosis (2)Unable to participate in follow-up for various reasons (3)Active infection (4)Expect to be pregnant within 1 year (5)Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months (6)Vulnerable groups include those with mental illness, those with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, students of PI or research personnel, employees of affiliated research units or sponsors, etc (7)Any other circumstances that the investigator deemed inappropriate for participation in the trial
