Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There was no significant difference in the distribution of sex and we choose children aged 6 to 9 years old among the study subjects.The healthy children are from the physical examination center of the children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University.Childhood obesity was defined as a body mass index (BMI) above the 95th percentile for age and sex,according to BMI growth reference for Chinese children aged 0–18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included the following:without metabolic syndrome such as hyperglycemia, hypertension and dyslipidemia;nothing respiratory system, digestive system and other diseases;and/or any issues that interfere with research participation.
