18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Newly treated patients did not receive therapeutic surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy (except tissue biopsy); 3.FIGO staging was clear, patients who were ready for surgery at stage IA-IIIC were treated with surgery regardless of whether they received subsequent radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy (data from NCT00006096, tumor T1-T3 was treated with surgery according to the NCCN guidelines, corresponding to FIGO?a-?c); 4.Primary squamous cell vulvar carcinoma; 5. Clear HPV typing, type 16 and/or 18 infection; 6. Receiving standard surgery and/or radiotherapy and chemotherapy for radical treatment, regardless of lymph node involvement;7. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with benign or precursor lesions of the vulva (Vin-vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia);2. Patients with non-squamous lesions of the vulva (such as melanoma);3. Patients with verrucous vulvar carcinoma;4. Patients with recurrent squamous cell vulvar carcinoma only received surgical resection; 5. Patients with secondary tumors.
