Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Serum 25(OH)D = 20ng/ml 2. Biological samples are complete and properly preserved, without hemolysis or repeated freezing and thawing 3. Eating behavior and mental health are normal 4. Can obtain complete clinical data during pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of digestive system diseases and surgery 2. Blood system or immune system disease 3. Pre-gestational diabetes, high blood pressure 4. Taking anticoagulant drugs (such as warfarin, aspirin, heparin) or vitamin K fortified supplements exceeding dietary recommendations
