Interventions

Group S:The patient was given a slow intravenous infusion of Esketamine 0.5mg/kg before incision, followed by a continuous infusion of 0.2mg /kg/ h until 30min before the end of surgery
Group N:With the exception of esketamine, general anesthesia is induced and maintained using the same anesthetic drug.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75; (2) ASA classification: I-III; (3) Oral cancer radical operation under general anesthesia was planned (4) The patient and his family members agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency operation patients; (2) patients with secondary oral cancer; (3) people with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; (4) Patients with severe audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties; (5) severe heart, liver, lung and renal insufficiency (abnormal index more than 1.5 times); (6) Use of sedative, hypnotic or analgesic drugs for more than 3 months; (7) Hyperthyroidism or poor hypertension control (systolic blood pressure =160mmHg/ diastolic blood pressure =100mmHg).
