Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion of patients: (1) essential hypertension patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension (2018 edition) ; (2) the patients were diagnosed as CHLC type by MHLC scale; (3) age =65 years; (4) at least one or more carers; (5) no history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (6) resident in the community (living for =6 months) ; (7) voluntary participation and signing of informed consent, willing to cooperate with the researchers. Inclusion of caregivers: (1) family members of the patient, including spouse, children, parents, etc. (2) age =18 years; (3) the daily care time should be =6 hours, and if there are more than one carer, the one with the longest care time should be selected as the main carer. (4) have certain language understanding and expression ability, no obvious cognitive and mental disorders; (5) volunteer and sign the informed consent, willing to cooperate with the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute or end-stage disease; (2) persons with severe visual, auditory and cognitive impairment; (3) is participating in other clinical research. The caregivers exclusion criteria: (1) there are other chronic disease or serious illness; (2) is participating in clinical studies or other relevant trainers.
