Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015" on stroke and were diagnosed by head CT or MRI; ? Patients aged 20-75 years old, first onset, onset time =4 months, and =1 month; ? Position balance =?; ? ability to stand independently for more than 1 minute; ? Primary school education or above; ? Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; (2) complicated with severe complications (such as hypertensive crisis, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, persistent seizures, deep vein thrombosis, etc.); ? severe cognitive impairment or impact assessment; ? The patient had visual impairment and could not see the ground clearly when standing; ? patients with vestibular organ diseases; ? patients with severe disease or combined with severe skeletal muscle diseases, or unable to complete the test due to various reasons.
