Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 6-17 years old ?Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for autism ?Subjects' parents or guardians voluntarily signed the informed consent form and committed to participate in the whole experiment ?Living and resting regularly ? Children with mild or moderate autism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? heart, liver, brain, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases ? Have a combination of other mental system diseases or neurodevelopmental disorders ?Physical disabilities or bone and joint diseases that prevent sports intervention ?Have regular exercise habits ? Gastrointestinal metabolic diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, food allergy, anemia, epilepsy ?Have special dietary habits: e.g. ketogenic diet, gluten-free diet, high-protein diet, etc. ?Take antipsychotic drugs
