18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >=18 years old; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) (FEV1/FVC =6 months; 4. Meet the evaluation criteria of fatigue (FSS average score >=4 points); 5. First exposure to EFT; 6. Patients with clear consciousness, good reading and communication skills, who can cooperate with intervention at home and punch wechat; 7. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment, upper limb or hand movement restriction, long-term bed rest, etc., unable to complete the intervention; 2. Patients with unstable angina pectoris, recent myocardial infarction, severe arthritis, neurological impairment, or other serious heart, brain, kidney, and other diseases; 3. Long-term use of anti-anxiety and depression drugs; 4. Those who are receiving other psychological treatment; 5. Daily regular exercise (> 2 times per week).
