Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high serum IgE psoriasis should meet the following diagnostic criteria: (1) The clinical manifestations or histopathology meet the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis; (2) Serum IgE increases; (3) With moderate to severe pruritus; (4) Rash accompanied by erosion and exudation; (5) Increased EOS in peripheral blood. High serum IgE psoriasis was defined as psoriasis with either (1) or (2) and (3) or (4) or (5). 2. All patients with psoriasis vulgaris met the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris in Clinical Dermatology. PASI score was used for clinical lesions severity. 3. The diagnosis of atopic dermatitis patients should conform to Williams' diagnostic criteria. 4. Patients in the normal control group should be excluded from the diagnosis of psoriasis or atopic dermatitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver, kidney and heart insufficiency; Patients with severe infection or immunosuppression; Pregnant and lactating patients; History of other serious systemic diseases and major surgical trauma.
