18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hypertension and diabetes aged 18-65 years, who are generally healthy or well controlled 2) teeth that cannot be retained due to various reasons, and there is bone defect or chronic inflammation at the tooth extraction site, and they plan to have implant surgery after extraction 3) good oral hygiene, patients do not smoke or smoke less than 5 cigarettes per day 4) at least one healthy adjacent tooth in the near and far as the reference point 5) good compliance, voluntary participation in the study and signing of informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) poor oral hygiene, acute inflammation in the mouth 2) inability to cooperate with follow-up visits 3) bad habits such as smoking and alcohol abuse 4) systemic diseases 5) patients on a diet or taking other medications that affect bone healing 6) female patients during pregnancy or lactation 7)There is a bone defect greater than three walls at the extraction site 8)history of head and neck radiation therapy 9)significant twisting and crowding of teeth
