Conditions

dental caries

Interventions

Gold Standard:Bite wing radiography (The low-density shadows near and distal to the crown of the tooth were inferred to be caries. R0- no obvious low-density shadows were observed. R1- low density sh
R2- low density shadows reach deep enamel, including lesions that have reached and did not exceed the enamel dentin boundary
R3- low density shadow reaches the superficial dentin layer
R4- Low density shadow reaches deep dentin)
Index test:near infrared imaging Positive: NIRI model showed color changes in the adjacent enamel area with highlighting images or under endoscope
Negative: No highlighting images or endoscopic color changes were observed in the adjacent enamel area in NIRI mode
