Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 5-10 cm opening of the uterus diagnosed by ultrasound as posterior occipital/transverse occipital position; (2) full-term pregnancy, singleton, cephalic position; (3) age 20-40 years; (4) height 150-170 cm; (5) estimated fetal weight 2500-4000 g; (6) some ability to understand written expression; (7) informed consent; (8) Class I fetal monitoring.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? cephalopelvic disproportion; ? combined with serious comorbidities: such as pregnancy combined with heart disease, pre-eclampsia, etc.; ? inability to move the limbs on their own; ? spinal joint abnormalities (trauma, surgery, history of deformity, lumbar disc and scoliosis); ? temporary inappropriateness for activity as assessed by the doctor.
