35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) women of advanced maternal age: =35 and <45 to be specific (2) women without growth hormone treatment within 3 months (3) women with less than 2 previous COH cycles or embryo transfer cycles (4) 18.5kg/m2=BMI=30kg/m2 (5) women who participate voluntarily with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) women with present abnormalities of uterus: adenomyosis, submucous myoma or intramural myoma affecting the uterine cavity, genital malformation, endometrial polyp, uterine cavity adhesion, thin endometrium, etc (2) women with other present gynecological disease: tuberculosis of the reproductive system, ovarian cyst, untreated severe hydrosalpinx, etc (3) patients with PGT indications, including: paternal or maternal chromosome abnormality, RIF, RSA, monogenetic disease, etc (4) patients undergoing ICSI cycle for the following reason: azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia (WHO 5th edition standard), PESA, TESA (5) patients with growth hormone contradictions, including: diabetes, severe systematic infections, cancer with active state, intracranial injury, pregnancy, etc (6) systematic disease: thyroid disease, diabetes, adrenal gland abnormality, and other chronic disease without control/treatment, etc (7) disease not suitable for pregnancy (8) known immmune diseases leading to infertility (9) previous 2 consecutive ICSI cycles with ferterlization rate <50%
