16 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as focal epilepsy; 2. Not using anti-seizure medication or only using one anti-seizure medication (oxcarbazepine, sodium valproate, levetiracetam, lamotrigine); 3. If using an anti-seizure medication, it is required that the applied anti-seizure medication >= 1 month; 4. Not using drugs other than anti-seizure medication; 5. Male and female, 16 <= age <= 50 years old; 6. Disease course <= 5 years; 7. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Status epilepticus; 2. Equipped with a cardiac pacemaker, vagus nerve stimulator, or metal implants in the body; 3. Preparation or pregnancy period; 4. Severe systemic diseases or neurological diseases; 5. Significant structural changes in the brain caused by previous head surgery, traumatic brain injury, or other reasons; 6. Serious intellectual disabilities cannot cooperate with research; 7. Scalp rupture; 8. Limb contracture cannot record electromyography; 9. The resting motion threshold cannot be measured.
