Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age =18 years old, gender unlimited; 2 Patients undergoing planed laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3 The ASA grade was?-?; 4 The family members of the patient/subject will voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who used hormones and lipid-lowering drugs within six months before surgery; 2 Current use of immunosuppressive drugs for more than 30 days; 3 Patients with acute or chronic liver disease; 4 Patients with malignant tumor; 5 Patients with mental disorders or cognitive and verbal communication disorders; 6 Pregnant women.
