Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed patients with osteoarthritis and diagnosed patients with Kashin-Beck disease (2) Age 50-85

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women: It is not suitable for both healthy and Kashin-Beck disease patients to participate; (2) Those who cannot undergo radiation testing due to special reasons; (3) Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other bone or cartilage diseases; (4) Resident population in non ward areas (residing for less than 6 months); (5) The population participating in other research projects that may interfere with the results of this study; (6) Those who cannot receive blood sample collection. (7) Those who have any other questions about this study and have not received a satisfactory response
