Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients; 2. Aged 18-65; 3. With normal communication; 4. Signed informed consent; 5. Were scheduled to undergo thyroidectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergic reaction to local anesthetics; 2. Severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Airway difficulty or history of maxillofacial and neck surgery; 4. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent respiratory tract infection, chronic cough and current smoking; 5. Serious adverse events, such as bleeding, who underwent reoperation for more than 4 hours; 6. Time of anesthesia for more than 4 hours; 7.For delayed extubation (more than 1 hour without extubation) due to adverse effects of experimental drugs, and were transferred to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with tube.
