Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of stable coronary heart disease or acute coronary syndrome; 2. TCM diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease syndrome of blood stasis; 3. Those aged 18-75 years old; 4. The people who signed the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious organic heart disease, such as LVEF&35% or NYHA/Killip grade IV patients; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension after medication (systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >110mmHg); 3. History of malignant arrhythmias (hemodynamic arrhythmias requiring drug or electric cardioversion, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and congenital heart disease in the last 1 year; 4. Acute cerebral apoplexy in the last 6 months; 5. People who have had major operations on the head, chest and abdomen in the past 1 month and have bleeding tendency; 6. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, organ transplantation history and other immune system diseases, malignant tumors or blood system diseases; 7. Severe liver and renal insufficiency: alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) >=1.5× upper limit of normal value (ULN); Or creatinine clearance (Ccr<30ml/min); 8. Co-infection (including but not limited to bacterial endocarditis, pulmonary infection, sepsis, etc.) or the use of antibiotics; 9. Participants in other clinical trials within 1 month
