Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=18 years old, regardless of gender; (2) meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of MG, that is, on the basis of typical clinical features of MG, there are pharmacological characteristics (or) neuroelectrophysiological characteristics; (3) All subjects agreed to participate in the survey and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) ocular diseases that cause photophobia, such as iritis, cyclitis and retinal dystrophy, retinitis pigmentosa, etc., and nervous system diseases including migraine, traumatic brain injury, progressive supranuclear palsy, meningitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage, pituitary tumor, etc.; (2) having a history of drug abuse or alcoholism; (3) severe respiratory and circulatory diseases; (4) Brain MRI showed abnormal imaging changes, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions, inflammatory lesions, hemorrhage, etc. (5) patients with obvious hearing impairment, cognitive impairment and mental disorders; (6) patients who underwent any eye surgery within the past 1 year; (7) patients in pregnancy, lactation or possible or planned pregnancy; (8) Those who could not participate in the trial for other reasons or were judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for the trial.
