Routine nasal feeding group:Routine nasal feeding.

Gravity feeding group:Gravity feeding.

Syringe pump intermittent pumping group:Intermittent pumping of milk with syringe pumps.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with gestational age >= 28 weeks but less than 37 weeks are fed formula milk or breast milk enterally, and their condition is stable. Parents have informed consent and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature infants with congenital abnormalities, gastrointestinal diseases, or gastrointestinal dysfunction within the past 24 hours. Premature infants with unstable cardiopulmonary function who use opioid drugs, plan or have undergone organ surgery treatment.
