Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1. Women between the ages of 18 and 45; 2. A diagnosis of benign ovarian tumor was made based on ultrasound examination or nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI); 3. Patient desires to preserve ovaries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the follows were excluded: 1. Paitent is less than 18 or more than 45 years old. 2. Virginity. 3. A history of pelvic inflammatory disease. 4. A history of pelvic surgery. 5. Complicated with severe endometriosis, including rectovaginal endometriosis and Douglas endometriosis indicated by physical, MRI examination and serum cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) >=40IU/L. 6. Tumor diameter greater than 10cm; bilateral ovarian tumor; or suspected malignancy. 7. Genital tract malformation. 8.pregnancy; 9. Patient suffering form severe internal diseases or psychiatric disorders is nor eligible for surgery.
