Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for spleen deficiency and qi collapse type II-III degree hemorrhoids; 2) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3) No contraindications to surgery; 4) Have not received any specialized instruments or surgical treatment within 6 months; 5) Voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) inflammatory bowel disease with perianal lesions; 2) fistula and perianal infection; 3) Those who have undergone hemorrhoidal stapler surgery; 4) Accompanied by acute infectious diseases, diabetes, hypertension (preoperative blood pressure should not exceed 160/90mmHg), heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, severe anemia; 5) Hematopoietic and coagulation disorders; 6) Menstruating and pregnant women; 7) Patients with other serious diseases.
