Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged between 18 and 65 years; (2) Patients with a clear diagnosis of adult congenital megacolon disease or adult congenital megacolon rim-like disease on postoperative pathological biopsy; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus or cirrhosis are excluded from this group; (4) Patients who are unable to cooperate with follow-up are excluded from this group.
