Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years (based on date of birth); 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for panic disorder in the Diagnosis and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition), and got Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD17) scores less than 17 points; 3. At least one attack in the month prior to enrollment, and with at least one of the following two conditions: 1. Constant fear of another attack or fear of the effects or consequences after the attack (e.g., loss of control, heart attack, "going crazy"); 2. There is significant behavioral maladjustment associated with attack, such as avoidance of specific places. 4. No formal anti-anxiety or anti-depression treatment in the last 2 months; 5. Able to understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients cannot tolerate or unwilling to cooperate with the scale test; 2. Co-suffering from other mental disorders or organic mental disorders; 3. Patients with clinically significant cognitive impairment 4. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
