18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of childbearing age between 18 and 45 years old. Early intrauterine pregnancy (see heartbeat) was detected by ultrasound in the first trimester of pregnancy (6 weeks to 13 weeks +6 days) in Yuyao People's Hospital. Women who wishes to continue her pregnancy. The above three inclusion criteria must be met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious Internal medical and surgical disease. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and lung diseases, serious liver and kidney diseases, uncontrolled endocrine diseases, hematological diseases, and unremission stage of malignant tumors were excluded through medical history collection. Recurrent abortion Acute inflammatory period such as pneumonia, acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
