Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It is formulated with reference to the syndrome classification of cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in the Criteria for the Diagnosis and Curative Effect of TCM Diseases and Syndromes issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis in Practical osteology (2nd Edition) edited by Tian Wei in 2016. ? Have a history of chronic strain or trauma, or have congenital malformations or degenerative lesions of the cervical spine. ? It is more common in middle-aged people over the age of 40, who have been working low for a long time or are accustomed to watching TV or videos for a long time, often presenting as a chronic disease. ? Neck and shoulder pain, headache and dizziness, stiff neck, numbness in upper limbs. ? The neck movement function is limited, the cervical spine spinous process is affected, the affected side of the scapula often has tenderness in the upper inner corner, can feel the cord like induration, can have upper limb muscle weakness and muscle atrophy. Brachial plexus traction test positive, pressure head test positive. ? X-rays in the upright position show hyperplasia of the uncinate joint, with a chisel like process that may be skewed in the opening position. Lateral views show a straightened curvature of the cervical spine, narrowing of the intervertebral space, and presence of bone hyperplasia or ligament calcification. Oblique views show a reduction in the intervertebral foramen. CT and magnetic resonance imaging are significant for qualitative and localized diagnosis. ? Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type: tingling pain in the neck, shoulder, and upper limbs, fixed pain points, accompanied by limb numbness. The tongue is dark and the veins are stringy. 2. The standard score of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale is >= 50 points; 3. Education level of primary school or above; 4. Patients have clear awareness and can express their thoughts correctly; 5. The patient's sense of smell is normal; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those with surgical indications or a history of cervical spondylosis surgery; ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment or neurological disorders; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Those who are critically ill and unable to continue cooperating to complete treatment; ? Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; ? Other participants in clinical trials.
