Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been hospitalized in neurosurgery for >= 24 hours; 2.Age > 18 years old; 3.No pressure injury on admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have not signed the informed consent form; 2.Those who suffer from skin diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus or psoriasis, or have burns or other skin injuries.
