Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma by pathological diagnosis after radical surgery; 2. PIVKA-II and AFP tests were performed before radical surgery and during outpatient visit, and the data of other laboratory tests were complete. 3. Age and gender were not limited;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : 1. patients with positive pathological margins; 2. Patients with primary tumors of other organs; 3.Patients took warfarin or vitamin K1; 4. Patients with acute hepatitis, gonadoembryoma or other diseases that can cause elevated alpha-fetoprotein
