Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria for RA; (2) Conforming to the diagnostic efficacy criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of Bi syndrome; (3) Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; (4) Willing to cooperate and able to truthfully complete clinical information questionnaires; (5) The patient understands the significance of participating in this topic and the potential risks in clinical research, voluntarily participates in this study, and signs an informed consent form. (6) The patient has a clear consciousness and clear language expression, no mental or neurological diseases and other diseases that hinder psychological test, and can cooperate to complete the investigation. (7) Patients have cognitive and literacy abilities, can use smartphones on their own or with the help of others, and can actively cooperate to ensure the continuity of treatment and regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, endocrine and hematopoietic systems and those with overlapping other rheumatic immune diseases: such as gouty arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, dry syndrome, etc; (2) Patients who are pregnant, lactating or have reproductive requirements; (3) Patients with serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, or critical conditions that prevent them from cooperating to complete the test; (4) Patients with a recent history of surgery or those who intend to undergo surgery in the near future; (5) Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse or neuropsychiatric abnormalities (epilepsy, depression, etc.)
