50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 50 years old; 2) According to the classification criteria of the American Society of Rheumatology, at least one knee joint has knee osteoarthritis; 3) Have knee joint pain for most of the past month; 4) Knee joint pain symptoms persist for at least 3 months; 5) For most of the past month, the average subjective knee pain intensity on the 100mm Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was 40mm or more; 6) The Kellgren Lawrence level (K-L level) of knee osteoarthritis is 2-4; 7) Willing to receive rehabilitation exercise and related guidance; 8) During the experiment, I had a smartphone and WeChat application, and was willing to receive SMS reminders and supervision from doctors on WeChat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 80 years old; 2) Have received knee joint injections within the past 6 months or plan to undergo knee joint surgery within the next 12 months; 3) Has taken oral corticosteroids within the past month or injected corticosteroids into the knee joint within the past 3 months; 4) Suffering from systemic arthritis; 5) Previous history of knee joint fractures or malignant tumors; 6) Patients who have undergone hip or knee replacement surgery, high tibial osteotomy, or other hip or knee surgery; 7) Suffering from any other neuromuscular or joint disease that may affect lower limb function; 8) Participated in hip or knee muscle strengthening exercises within the past 3 months; 9) Patients who are unable to walk independently;
