Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All observed patients met the diagnostic criteria for gout and refractory gout; (2) The age range is 18~75 years old patients, and the gender is not limited; (3) Be willing to cooperate and truthfully complete the clinical information questionnaire; (4) All participants gave informed consent and voluntarily contributed their case data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Psychopaths, intellectual disabilities, cognitive impairment, unclear description of self-symptoms or uncooperative investigation; (2) Those who have poor compliance and are unwilling to accept the survey.
