40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sporadic PD patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of MDS who had experienced at least one frozen gait in the last 1 month; (2) Age 40-75 years old; (3) During the study period, anti-Parkinson's drugs were not adjusted (drug optimization and adjustment were conducted before the study); (4) Hoehn-Yahr stages 2-4; (5) Exercise imagination, KVIQ score >= 3 points; (6) MMSE score >= 26 points; (7) No lower limb injury, no MRI contraindications; (8) No stereotactic surgery was performed; (9) No other neurological disease or mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary Parkinson's disease or Parkinsonism-plus syndrome; (2) severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; (3) after deep brain stimulation or other nerve implantation; (4) A history of seizures; (5) Mental and psychological abnormalities, unable to cooperate with MRI scanning and TMS intervention.
