30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy people aged 30-70 years without disease; patients with primary Parkinson's disease without other diseases; patients with Alzheimer's disease without other diseases; and patients with cerebral infarction within 3 months without other diseases; (2) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral tumor, hypertension, diabetes; (2) History of brain surgery; (3) unable to finish clinical examination and evaluation; (4) Unable to finish magnetic resonance examination.
