Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Correlation between hyperuricemia and CVD in hypertensive patients ? From January 2016 to December 2020, discharged from our hospital, patients with essential hypertension >= 18 years old ? have completed blood uric acid detection Part II Construction and validation of CVD prediction model for hypertensive patients with FRS>10% ? From January 2016 to December 2017, discharged from our hospital, patients with essential hypertension >= 18 years old ? have completed blood uric acid test ? FRS risk score>10%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I Correlation between hyperuricemia and CVD in hypertensive patients ? Clear secondary hypertension ? congenital heart disease ? rheumatic heart disease ? cardiomyopathy ? malignant arrhythmia ? severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT and AST>3 times the upper limit of normal) ? chronic consumptive disease (serious infection, malignant tumor) ? moderate or severe aortic or mitral regurgitation ? autoimmune disease ? severe lung disease ? pregnant women Part II Construction and validation of CVD prediction model for hypertensive patients with FRS>10% ? Clear secondary hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, TIA, coronary heart disease, peripheral arterial disease Cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure ? congenital heart disease ? rheumatic heart disease ? cardiomyopathy ? malignant arrhythmia ? severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT and AST>3 times the upper limit of normal) ? chronic consumptive diseases (severe infection, malignant tumor) ? moderate or severe aortic or mitral regurgitation ? autoimmune diseases ? severe pulmonary diseases 11.pregnant women
