18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old 2. A clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes 3. It is expected to prepare for surgery and is in the perioperative period. 4. Blood glucose >7.8mmol/L at any time point 5. Patients give informed consent, participate voluntarily and sign informed consent. The above five inclusion criteria must be met simultaneously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis and non-kenotic hypertonic syndrome (2) Severe chronic complications of diabetes, heart, liver and kidney diseases and other systemic diseases (3) Recent use of glucocorticoid and other immunosuppressant therapy (4) Recently associated with acute infection (5) Patients with other endocrine, metabolic or immune system diseases. (6) Poor compliance
